Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, and data is stored on secure servers.
  2. The interpretation of terms used in this Privacy Policy is described in the store’s Regulations available at this address.
  3. For the proper understanding of this Privacy Policy, the term “GDPR” refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to pursue legitimate interests (lawful purposes), and processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
  • to the extent and for the purpose agreed upon by the Client if they have subscribed to the newsletter.

5. The administrator processes personal data for the purposes of:

  • providing the service of managing user accounts on the rebeleast.com portal. The legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
  • selling products offered by the Seller – the legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
  • marketing – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company – marketing its own products (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
  • handling complaints, pursuing and defending mutual claims – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
  • sending commercial information electronically – only if the User has given consent. The legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for entering into an agreement with the Seller.

7. Recipients of personal data will include: 

  • the provider of the internet trading platform rebeleast.com – MOKVOK LTD, 
  • entities providing and supporting the Company’s IT systems for the operation of the cameraharness.com store, as well as entities providing services related to the Company’s current activities, 
  • entities providing product delivery services, 
  • Google LLC – providing analytics and marketing services, 
  • Meta Platforms Ireland LTD – providing analytics and marketing services, 
  • Stripe – providing online payment services, 
  • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A – providing online payment services. 

8. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and, after that period, for purposes and for the time and scope required by applicable law or to secure potential claims, or until the withdrawal of consent.

9. The customer has the right to access their personal data, request their correction, deletion, or request the limitation of their processing. 

10. The customer also has the right to object to further processing, and in case of giving consent to data processing, the right to withdraw it. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

11. After termination of the contract or withdrawal of customer’s consent to data processing, we will not process those data, except for ongoing investigations of potential claims before a court and situations where national, EU, or international laws require us to retain data.

12. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the customer’s personal data to entities authorized under relevant legal regulations, such as law enforcement authorities.

13. The removal of personal data occurs as a result of deleting the user account, withdrawing consent to data processing, or submitting a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. To delete a user account or withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, customers can contact the Data Protection Officer at the email address: mokvok2021@gmail.com.

14. Implemented data encryption, along with internal technical and organizational measures, aim to minimize the possibility of data security breaches. 

15. Personal data is processed only by individuals authorized by the Data Controller and trusted processors with whom we closely cooperate.

16. If there are doubts related to the processing of personal data, customers can reach out to the Seller for information. Regardless of the above, everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

17. The Administrator also informs about automated decision-making, including profiling based on postal code, gender, clicks on products on the website, banners and icons on the website, banners in emails, page scrolling, and decisions made on the website to tailor offers and direct relevant newsletters.
